Our historic Butler Home, located right in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake is a special place is close to everything, welcoming guests with:
- 3 bedrooms each with dedicated full bathroom
- large living, dining and outdoor area
- parking, washer & dryer
Our home is 4 blocks from Queen Street & a perfect location for those wanting a peaceful setting while still within walking distance to all the shops, theatres, and restaurants on the main strip of NOTL!
Exactly where you want to be, located in the heart of Niagara wine country, this historic home is walking distance to everything in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Rent some bikes as we are just minutes to countless wineries, including Peller Estates, Ferox, Big Head, Stratus, Jackson Triggs, Pillitteri and more. The world famous Niagara Falls is a scenic 20 minute car ride away.
Our home is complemented with WIFI, free parking for up to 3 cars, BBQ, coffee & tea, laundry facilities, and more! With a great location and caring hosts, we hope to become your home of choice when visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake!

- The owners have a room above the garage which is 100% separate, and for short times they may be there. They will never interfere with the guests.
- We live in the country and there are bugs in all seasons. This does not mean our home is not clean! Ensure doors and any unscreened windows are closed to avoid excess bugs.
- We will ask ALL guests before booking a few questions about their stay, to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours.
- Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival.
- We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for each washroom.
- Lawn mowing in season happens once per week. This may happen during your stay.

Very comfortable bedrooms and excellent kitchen plus appliances. Outside patio is lovely to sit at in the morning with some coffee and at night with some wine. Within 5min walk to downtown shops. Great commutation with the owner.

The location of Buttler House couldn’t be any better for walking to restaurants & theatre and the house presents exactly as the photos show. The rooms were beautifully furnished & the huge kitchen was well appointed and supplied with all the basic needs. We were a group of 6 adults and it was perfect that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We really enjoyed the covered patio in the back yard. Thank you Erica, we had a lovely time at the Buttler House.

We highly recommend Butler House. Five of us stayed for 3 nights. The house is cozy, nicely decorated, clean, well equipped with a great location. The 3 large bedrooms are very comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality!

This house is stunning. The decor is beautiful. There is a great deal of space and everything you could need is in the house. The location is very walkable to Queen Street. The wineries are all close by. The owners were very responsive. Can’t go wrong here.
