About this house rental
Spacious, Comfortable Living
The main floor is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized. The living area includes a Smart TV, cozy seating, a down-filled sofa, and a wood-burning fireplace for relaxing after a day of exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake.
The lower level has become a guest favourite, with its vintage character, bar area, wine fridge, Smart TV, games, puzzles, vinyl records, and vintage popcorn machine — a fun space to spend time together. For guests who like to stay active, this level also includes free weights, a workout bench, a Concept2 rowing erg, a spin bike, and yoga mats, making it easy to fit in a stretch, ride, or workout during your stay.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is designed for real cooking and easy gathering, with an electric range and oven, full-size fridge, microwave, wine fridge, French press, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer, cookware, and dining essentials. A selection of teas and coffees is also provided. Guests often comment on how well stocked and organized the kitchen feels. Enjoy meals at the dining table for six or sit at the bistro nook for two beside the French door leading to the backyard.
Bedrooms & Baths
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a split California king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed, all with blackout drapery. Guests will also find custom mattresses in a range of firmness levels, pillows with varied fills and support, a weighted blanket, and duvets for added comfort.
The bathrooms are stocked with fresh white towels, makeup mirrors, and a hair dryer, and are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each stay.
Backyard Retreat with Lawn & Gardens
The private, fully fenced backyard offers lawn, gardens, a shaded pergola, gas and charcoal BBQs, and an outdoor dining and lounge area — a peaceful space for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or an evening glass of wine. The gas BBQ includes a side burner with propane provided, and the charcoal BBQ includes briquettes. The backyard is softly lit with exterior lighting and hanging pergola lights, creating a welcoming setting for evening dining and relaxing outdoors. Fast, reliable WiFi extends into the backyard as well, so you can stay connected whether you are indoors or outside.
Pet-Friendly Touches
We welcome small dogs and service animals, and provide a curated guide to dog-friendly patios, trails, and wineries in NOTL. Guests travelling with dogs also appreciate the fenced, pesticide-free yard and supplied essentials, including a bowl, blanket, and waste bags.
Family-Friendly Touches
Thoughtful extras help make travelling with children easier and more enjoyable. A Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s books, puppets, craft supplies, building toys, and outdoor toys are available. Outside, the fully fenced backyard gives families a safe, open space where kids can run and play while parents relax. A hose and lawn-watering tools are also available for light outdoor use, including water play on warm days. Please note that while the home includes family-friendly features, it is not childproof.
Work-From-Anywhere Ready
For extended stays and remote work, the home includes fast and reliable fibre WiFi, two monitors, a Blue Yeti microphone, headphones, and a ring light — just bring your computer. Guests will also find a helpful list of nearby business services for staying productive while away.
