Featuring a magnificent southwest-facing terrace with no overlooked views, this property can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the perfect destination for family getaways.
You will appreciate the peace and quiet and ideal location of this house, just a few hundred meters from the beaches of Le Guen and Lanruen.

- A large, bright living room with a lounge and dining table for 6 people, opening onto a magnificent terrace;
- A large library with a sofa and armchairs;
- A fully equipped kitchen with a sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, electric mixer, electric hand mixer, kettle, toaster, citrus press, and Nespresso coffee machine;
- A utility room with a fridge-freezer, sink, washing machine, and dryer;
- A bathroom with a bathtub with a shower enclosure and a sink;
- Separate toilet;
On the 1st floor:
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);
- A final bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);
- Bathroom with a bathtub and sink;
- Separate toilet.
- The house is equipped with baby equipment: a high chair and a travel cot with a mattress.
