About this house rental
Located in the private Ville Haut Guen residence on the heights of Erquy, this house accommodates up to 6 guests. It is particularly suitable for families looking to alternate between beaches, coastal walks and quiet time at the property.
Large patio doors connect the living room to the garden. The lounge includes a sofa, armchairs, television and fireplace. The dining table seats up to 6 guests for shared meals.
The open-plan kitchen is integrated into the living area. It includes a refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher for an independent holiday routine.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190
The house provides complete baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, changing mat and plastic baby bath. Board games, toys, beach accessories, scooters and a child's bicycle are also available.
Outside, the enclosed south-facing garden is not overlooked. The terrace includes an electric awning, table, garden chairs, barbecue and sun loungers.
The residence offers a shared swimming pool during the summer season, in July and August, subject to the condominium rules.
Parking is available in the driveway of the house. This private parking makes arrivals and daily outings easier.
From the property, guests can easily reach Erquy's beaches, harbour, shops and walks around Cap d'Erquy. Pets are not accepted.
