Cocoonr Agency offers you, this charming 125 m² house for rent in Erquy, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 50 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate WCs
Outside area :
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

- Nearest airport : Rennes
