About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Erquy, this charming typical fisherman's house in pink sandstone, with sea view, at less than one kilometer from the beach, with a surface of 112 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 51 m² (with pellet stove), an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The south facing apartment is composed as follows:
On the first floor :
- A living room of 51 m² with TV, Wifi, pellet stove, sofa bed (double), armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- A mezzanine with a relaxation area.
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) which can be separated into two beds.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
For even more comfort : high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A terrace of about 25 m² on the left of the house, facing South, fully enclosed with shade sail and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment within an old fisherman's district overlooking the town and the port. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
- You will be able to park near the accommodation.
- Nearest train station : Lamballe (29 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes (1h20 by car)
