It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and three beautiful bedrooms. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Outside: a south-facing terrace overlooking the Bay of Erquy, with a plancha and furniture available.
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The port of Erquy and its many restaurants are a 10-minute walk from the house.
The house is located on the road leading to the magnificent Cap d'Erquy, a 15-minute walk away.
You can also walk to the beach in the centre of Erquy, or to the wild beach at Lourtuais.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
