Le Batelier is a bright apartment, completely refurbished in 2020, featuring a sea-view living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which has a sea view, bathroom, terrace.

- A bright living room with a breathtaking view of Erquy harbor, furnished with a lounge area with sofa bed, television and a dining area with a table for 6.
- Separate fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...

- Bedroom 2: two single beds, cliffside view to the rear
