Mirador del Mar

La posizione dell appartamento era perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Alicante e letteralmente a fronte spiaggia. L’appartamento era molto tranquillo e non abbiamo mai sentito rumori provenienti dagli altri ospiti. La vista era semplicemente pazzesca: ogni mattina potevamo ammirare l’alba e vedere il mare Il balcone chiuso è stato un altro punto forte, perfetto per godersi qualche momento all’aperto e sentire le onde del mare. L’appartamento è inoltre completamente attrezzato e dispone di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Magda è stata super carina e molto disponibile in tutte le nostre richieste. Lo consiglierei a tutti

Hi we met fantastic person at the property and she explain all aspect really friendly and helpful. fantastic location and sea view. good size for 3 person family, nice kitchen. walking distance from beach tram shops and town.

Najlepsza była lokalizacja mieszkania. W mieszkaniu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Bez problemu przebiegło zameldowanie. Widok z balkonu zapierał dech.

The staff was extremely rude and somehow the whole thing felt like a scam. My bad for not knowing that we needed to pay a 200€ deposit in cash but Magda, the person who gave us the keys, wouldn't provide any kind of receipt for this transaction. Booking didn't help and the only "help" they provided was to the owner of the property who said we had to pay within three hours or we'll need to leave. We never refused to pay but I wasn't going to pay any money in cash without a receipt. Also when Magda arrived with the keys she had brought with her 3 kids and took the first lift with them and told us to wait for the next one... Just poor manners. The apartment is very inconvenient/uncomfortable with all the decorations... But that is just about tastes... One pillow was extremely dirty with what looked like blood. I mentioned it Magda/Kate and they said to swap for another pillow. It was extremely disgusting. I've attached photos.
