POSTIGUET BEACH

The biggest advantage of this wonderful apartment is, of course, the view. It is absolutely breathtaking. You can see the sea everywhere and admire it 24/7! The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances — stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine — which is very convenient. The location is also fantastic: right at the beginning of the promenade. You step outside and you’re basically at the beach! The staff replied to messages quickly and efficiently, which was very appreciated.

Of course, there were some downsides as well. The clothes drying rack definitely needs replacing — it is almost broken and heavily rusted. Also, whenever you turn on the kettle, the electricity goes out in the whole apartment. And the kettle itself is already in very poor condition. The kitchen was also missing some simple basics — coffee capsules, tea, salt, sugar. Before leaving, I left some of these things behind and hope they may be useful for future guests. The elevator broke down on the second day of my stay and did not work for an entire week. And a couple who stayed before me had left exactly the same complaint — apparently their elevator also stopped working on the second day. And finally — this was also mentioned by previous guests — when checking out, the entrance doors to the building are locked at night and can only be opened with the apartment key, which you are supposed to leave inside the apartment. I was leaving at 4 a.m., when everyone was asleep, and had to run back upstairs for the key and ask the taxi driver to hold the door open while I rushed back again to leave the key inside. It’s quite stressful when you are trying to get to the airport on time. Overall, I still highly recommend this apartment, because honestly, the view from the window makes you forgive almost everything! :) But I do hope that guests’ feedback and suggestions regarding some of these issues will eventually be taken into account.

Tolle Lage, nahe zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum. Tolle Aussicht. Bäcker direkt nebenan. Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Nachts sehr laut durch die Bars und den Kinderspielplatz vor dem Haus. Man konnte die Fenster eigentlich nie offen lassen. Sehr schade, dass es keinen Balkon gibt zum draußen sitzen. Wasserkocher war total verkalkt. Wir haben ihn nicht genutzt. Schimmel im Bad in der Duschwanne. Die Fugen am Boden waren schwarz.
