Благодарю менеджера за ранее заселение. Прекрасное расположение. До пляжа 3 минуты пешком, причем очень понравился ближайший к апартаментам пляж, там есть удобства для детской или инвалидной коляски, по утрам занятия йогой и цигуном. Реально ухоженный пляж, вода идеальная, песок чистый., но могут быть камни в воде, лучше использовать обувь как для океана. Из апартаментов вид на пляж и на гору Санта Барбара. На квартале, где расположены апартаменты есть несколько мест, где можно поесть, прямо напротив парадной ели в кафе очень вкусную паэлью, рядом магазин со всем необходимым. Апартаменты просторные. Огромное количество разнообразной посуды. Кондиционер работал бесшумно. Стиральная машина есть, она на террасе под чехлом, рабочая. Кафе под апартаментами работает до часа ночи, но не было никакого шума.

Некоторые предметы интерьера необходимо заменить, особенно двери в ванной. Мало полотенец. Подушки были высокими и жесткими, кому-то понравится, нам было неудобно. Не помешало бы кухонное полотенце.

We stayed in the apartment for 7 nights. The first thing I would like to note is the location - a few minutes and you are on the beach, down the stairs, a pedestrian crossing and you are on the beach. The apartment is located in a relatively quiet area. The house was not noisy, the apartment is clean. There is everything you need - towels, bedding, air conditioning, TV, iron, hairdryer, stove, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator. We were satisfied with our stay.

I would like to receive faster responses to correspondence from the property administration. Also, the faucet in the bidet needs repair.

I liked how convenient the location was. It was easy to get to the beach, there were several restaurants nearby, and the shopping mall was only an 18-minute walk away. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The person who checked us in was also very friendly and welcoming.

The shower had good water pressure, but I didn’t like the showerhead because it couldn’t be adjusted, causing water to spray all over the bathroom. I was also disappointed with the deposit policy. Even though I checked out on 27/06, I only received my deposit back on 07/07—10 days after checkout. A faster refund process would have made the experience much better.

El apartamento estaba bien y limpio, ubicado más o menos cerca de la playa y sólo por ese motivo lo volvería a coger pero tuvo fallos también

La comunicación con la persona encargada del apartamento era por WhatsApp y era difícil, tardaba muchas horas en contestar y para las cosas que contestaba... No nos suministró las cosas que le pedimos que estaban gastadas. En el baño solo había 2 rollos de papel higiénico para una estancia de 4 noches 4 personas. Le pedimos más y nos dijo que no podía traernos, que teníamos que comprarlo nosotras, que había gente que se quedaba 1 mes y no les iba a dar tanto papel. Y a mí qué, si ese no es mi caso? Qué excusa es esta? Desde cuándo no te proveen de lo necesario en una casa alquilada para unos días? Nos dejó una bolsa de basura y se llevó el resto, en vez de dejarnos alguna más por si acaso. Tampoco quedaba jabón friegaplatos ni lo repuso. No sé, nunca nos había pasado esto en ningún sitio. Y las contestaciones eran un poco secas. Pocas dotes de atención al cliente, un poco decepcionante
