Fully equipped 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom, balcony. Very close to Postiguet beach. Mini market across the street and at walking distance mall and hypermarket.
A little bit cold due to the lack of central heating but the 2 AC-s resolved the problem.

Sehr gute Lage. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum und am Strand. Tram und Bushaltestellen sind auch ganz nahe. Der Aufstieg zum Berg mit der Burg oben ist direkt gegenüber. Ausserdem ist ein sehr nettes Café/Bäckerei gleich nebenan (Dulce Raval). Spielplatz ganz in der Nähe. Also die Lage war für uns wirklich perfekt. Das Apartment ist sehr groß. Es waren sogar Sandspielzeug, Sonnenschirm und Strandtücher vorhanden. Smart TV war auch sehr praktisch. Check in war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell. Preis-Leisungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Good location to the beach and easy to access old town. Spacious clean property with a view of the sea.
No aircon controller. Tv controller didn’t work, pillows in bedroom two were like bricks. They weren't actually pillows but bolster cushions . Very uncomfortable and un useable
