Un apartamento muy amplio y bien equipado, limpio y tranquilo. Muy bien las instrucciones para acceder al apartamento y al garaje que es un plus. Situado en una zona residencial al lado del Canal du Midi. La terraza de la azotea espectacular.

Bastante alejado del centro aunque se puede ir combinando bus y metro. No hay restaurantes ni bares en los alrededores para poder comer o cenar.

Nice location, that is close to shops where one could buy water and food items.

It would be nice to notify visitors to carry along universal adaptor because of the socket type. I had to buy an adaptor for 9 euros to be able to connect to the sockets to get my laptop and phones charged.

The apartment was fine. It was generally clean, however was much more dated than it looks in the photos. The location was probably the biggest positive. There was a nice coffee shop and bakery right next door and a few other decent restaurants close by. There was also a bus stop on the same block.

Do not trust this property manager! The unit is operated by a management company, not the actual owner. We booked this property months in advance because it could accommodate six people near the city center. Three weeks before our arrival, we were vaguely informed that one of our showers was leaking into a lower-level unit. Communication from the manager, Mathieu, was incredibly cryptic. He didn’t seem to know the unit's bathroom layout and couldn't provide specific repair timelines. Because it was too late to find another place for six people, our French-speaking family members called him to clarify. Mathieu assured us they were trying to fix it and promised a generous discount if the shower wasn't ready in time. The shower was never fixed, forcing two of our family members to find last-minute hotel rooms. After checkout, Mathieu completely reneged on the promised discount, claiming we "knew about the issue in advance." His story about the leak was also highly suspicious. The toilet and sink in that bathroom worked perfectly fine. However, the broken shower smelled strongly of sewer gas. This indicates the p-trap had dried out, suggesting the shower had been out of commission for many weeks before they even warned us. Finally, be very cautious of their payment practices. Mathieu bypasses Booking.com’s secure deposit system, requiring guests to use his management company's website instead. This shady practice strips you of the legal protections and guarantees that major booking sites provide. Stay away!
