About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this magnificent 137 m² flat to let! Cosy, spacious and light-filled, it is ideally situated in the Bayard neighbourhood of Toulouse. Just a stone’s throw from the station, public transport and shops.
You’ll have a spacious living room, a lovely terrace, a separate fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. The flat has air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. There is a locked garage in the basement of the block.

- A large entrance hall with a wardrobe.
- A spacious living room with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV stand and storage space.
- A dining area with a table and chairs seating 6 guests.
- A lovely terrace overlooking the block’s tree-lined garden, furnished with a table and chairs. Beautiful west-facing aspect.
- A separate, fully fitted kitchen: fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pod coffee machine… It features a small table with two chairs.
Sleeping area:
- A master bedroom with a double wardrobe, a queen-size bed (160x200), a balcony, a bathroom with twin washbasins and a toilet.
- Two bedrooms, each with storage space and a double bed (140x190).
- A bathroom with twin washbasins and a toilet.
- A separate toilet.
The property is situated in a very central and lively neighbourhood, just a stone’s throw from all amenities. However, the residence is set back from the hustle and bustle of the street and boasts a very pleasant garden and a caretaker who ensures the peace and quiet of the premises.

- Victor Hugo Market, 400 m away (5 mins’ walk): a guaranteed culinary adventure.

Les Jardins de l'Olympe This is a beautiful apartment and centrally located with lots of local shops and restaurants. if coming to Toulouse again, would want to come back to this apartment.

Les Jardins de l'Olympe "Fabulous Apartment
Large, clean, quiet apartment in a great close in location. Six adult’s accommodated easily. Asking distance to many restaurants and bars! Although we were close to the town center the apartment was very quite in the evenings! We had a little trouble figuring out how the hot water worked but solved it in short order with excellent communication from the support team. Wonderful stay! Highly recommended!!"
