You’ll have a spacious living room, a lovely terrace, a separate fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. The flat has air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. There is a locked garage in the basement of the block.

The property is situated in a very central and lively neighbourhood, just a stone’s throw from all amenities. However, the residence is set back from the hustle and bustle of the street and boasts a very pleasant garden and a caretaker who ensures the peace and quiet of the premises.
