This 107 m² rooftop apartment can accommodate up to 6 travelers and is composed of a large living room with an open kitchen, featuring a central island and a dining table, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, patio and terrace.

- Beautiful kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with: table for 6 people, dishwasher, oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery.
- A bedroom with storage space, double bed (140x190) and its bathroom with shower and basin.
- A separate toilet
- A master suite with double Queen size bed (160x200) and its bathroom with double sink, laundry room with washing machine, toilet and many storage spaces.

Great accommodation- everything we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment PatioGuilhemery. The beds were very comfortable and each couple had an en-suite shower although only the
Master bedroom had an en-suite toilet.The second toilet was in the corridor outside the second bedroom. We also had use of a washing machine and tumble drier.After an initial problem with a leaking kettle and too few wine glasses Olivier replaced the faulty kettle with a new one and gave us 9 new wine glasses. The kitchen area was then well-equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery. The location is very good with restaurants and bars close by and a Carrefour at the end of the road. The bus (stop across the road) took us to The centre at JeanJaures in 8 minutes.The apartment was also very secure. We would certainly stay there again!

We had an excellent stay in Toulouse. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well located. Check in was efficient and helpful... the apartment was not air-conditioned but there were 3 good fans which were really appreciated as it was very hot. My only negative comment was that the roof parasol was broken and I reported it twice without reply."
