Trouble with the door which didn't really get sorted but otherwise was great.

Très bien situé. Confortable avec ces 3 chambres. Content dans l'ensemble malgré les poins négatifs.
Box parking survendu car accessible uniquement avec une petite citadine. Malgré avoir donné les dimensions de la voiture aucun retour en ce sens (pour notre Kangoo2 problème de la porte sur le haut qui frottait notre voiture), obligé d'aller se garer ailleurs mais très très compliqué. Nous avions pris ce logement pour cet atout non négligeable. Chambre parentale côté rue trop exposée au bruit et notamment la bodega à côté (sauf si on vit en ville habituellement).

C'est une sorte d'escape game pour ouvrir la porte, mais on s'en est sortis, lol... 2 bonnes chambres, une suite parentale, le salon salle à manger... un market à 50m, une super brasserie au pied de l'immeuble, le flash back café à 300m, à voir !
il faudrait préciser que pour le box, il ne faut pas avoir plus grand qu'une "clio", ou être maigre, lol
