Good location for exploring Toulouse
On arrival in Toulouse we messaged to say we would arrive between 3-4 - we were told access would be from 4 however it was after 4.30 when we finally got the keys, they weren’t where we were instructed they would be! There were only 2 mugs but there were 4 people stopping,the cups that we had to use to drink from looked they had been sprayed and tasted chemically, there were no dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid, there were no mattress/pillow protectors and we were instructed to strip the bed on leaving - there were quite a few stains on the mattress - overall the general cleanliness was lacking which is a shame as the apartment could be very good with very little extra effort!
