Fairly close to centre
Not prepared for more than two adults and maybe one or two children. The layout having to go throug the bedroom to reach the bathroom is not ideal

Muy bien situado, limpio, con todo lo necesario, el parking es una ventaja importante, aunque hizo mucho calor en Toulouse, tiene 2 ventiladores que son suficientes para no pasar calor. Muy tranquilo, cama cómoda.
Que estuve solo 5 días, Toulouse es preciosa.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, las instalaciones, menaje, electrodomésticos etc muy bien. La plaza de parking inmejorable, muy fácil el acceso y una gran tranquilidad poder dejar el coche bien aparcado . Las instrucciones para acceder muy bien, con fotografías aunque ayudaría indicar que la caja para las llaves está en la verja junto al suelo porque la fotografía no es clara.
La temperatura. Hemos pasado mucho calor. Toulouse en verano es muy caluroso, no solo por las olas de calor puntuales. La calle es ruidosa, pero es necesario abrir para que baje la temperatura por la noche y no hemos conseguido que baje de 32°. Es un apartamento estupendo pero no lo recomiendo para el verano mientras no instalen aire acondicionado. Los dos ventiladores ayudan, pero no son suficientes en absoluto.. por eso no puedo puntuar con 10

L’emplacement et l’appartement propre.
Le manque de climatisation car impossible d’aérer la nuit car la rue est bruyante.
