En rigtig god beliggenhed. Hyggelig lejlighed. Der var en super fin beskrivelse af gode steder at se i byen og gode spisesteder. Det var meget brugbart.

Der manglede lys i opgangen, da vi kom om aftenen og intet skilt på døren, hvilket gjorde svært at finde. Der manglede karklude og viskestykker i køkkenet.

Imaginez Toulouse le samedi 28 juin 2025 à 23h par plus de 30 degrés et des dizaines de milliers de personnes qui fêtent la victoire en TOP14. Un bruit terrible dans les rues toute la nuit et vous, tranquille, 22 degrés dans l'appartement climatisé et pas un bruit qui entre. J'ai rarement vu une isolation phonique aussi performante !

Le bruit du gamin qui courre dans l'appartement du dessus. Malheureusement ils ne doivent pas avoir de moquette. Autre point négatif: une très belle salle de bain avec une belle douche double mais avec une porte d'entrée pour anorexiques ! Avec mon gabarit, j'étais obligé de rentrer de profil en rentrant mon ventre !!

Apartment design is nice though in reality it is not as bright and cheerful as in the pictures. It is located very close to the town centre and main attractions. The are several very nice restaurants in this street, and a children’s play area 3 minutes walk. Also apartment is well equipped if you want to cook your own meal.

Communication with the agency did not go well. We asked if can have earlier check in or just leave the bags before the 4 pm official check in: instead of the answer we were given a link and an email of another agency. Link did not work and the other agency never replied on our emails. We asked to check and reconfirm an email - no answer. As we have already made full payment, why bother if money were already received?! Also we were 3 people in the booking and they provided us only with 2 sets of towels. As comms were very bad we decided not to bother to ask - there will be no or delayed reply anyway. Also they require you to wash the dishes, take out trash and dispose glass bottles in a public collection point before check out otherwise it will result in loss of the damage deposit. Really? I am not saying I want to leave my trash in the apartment: I am questioning why I paid 70EUR cleaning ! Also one of the beds was very hard, impossible to sleep on the side. Pillows are really thin. It is an old building and sound travels very well. There’s a small kid living upstairs and he/ she was waking up very early (before 6 am).
