Location - excellent - walking distance to everything
Size - perfect size for 2 couples
Kitchen/dining - well appointed
Beds - comfortable
Bathroom - good size
First floor - up stairs - need to carry bags up but easy enough.
Access via Nuki app - every adult needs the app on their phone. It was easy to install and although I was concerned it worked ok. However my husband couldn't connect to the front door on his phone - plus don't like having to use an app I have no choice in.
TV - smart TV but no programs. Have to use personal log in - if you have.
Air Con - couldn't work out how to cool apartment.
Coffee pods - only 4 i.e. 1 pp for 3 night stay.
Loo paper - 1.5 rolls for 4 adulrs for 3 night stay.

As described. Quiet. Beautiful old wood floors. Comfy bed, large wardrobe (main bedroom). Full kitchen. One toilet, and separately one shower (nice!). Bike parking inside the main gate. Safe (because private) underground parking (additional fee).
Management extremely polite, but - see below.
Nuki key needed several installation attempts and was then mislabelled. Requires access to user's *precise location, permanently*! Wifi mislabelled.
Payment for parking needed several attempts.
Washing machine mostly broken. One window shutter broken. Neither could be fixed within 3 weeks.
Parking only accessible by walking down the ramp that cars drive up.
Fridge door sometimes opens on its own.
Despite clear instructions, Management could not produce a complete bill. Therefore I am stuck with a 2300€ expense that my employer won't reimburse.
