Le bruit et la chaleur

Bel apartement moderne très confortable. 2 toilettes et douches c'est très pratique. Emplacement merveilleux pour visiter à pied ou aller prendre le train. Collé sur un grand marché.

Les bars en bas sont un peu bruyant et les fenêtres de derrière ne sont pas du tout insonorisées. Il y avait des constructions sur l'édifice, avec des échafauds et travailleurs devant les fenêtres. Et aucuns ridaux ni volets (peut-être à cause des travaux) de ce côté. On a donc dû improviser des rideaux. Communication difficile: ça passe par une compagnie qui n'a pas de réponses. Ils ne disaient toujours que: "on vous revient avec une réponse sous peu" (sans suivi).

Ongoing renovation with scaffolding to outside with no view of light or street in one bedroom, other bedroom had no blind at all so very bright in the morning

The apartman was in a very good place in the downtown. The monuments are near to the apartman. Easy accesbility by public transport.

Because of the bar that under the apartman is noisy but the windows are well soundproofed.
