Great location - about 5 mns from the train station. Friendly, accommodating host. Flat is spacious, close to Capitole and other interesting sites in Toulouse; on ground floor (easy for suitcases!)
Shower and WC are not separated - which is a small inconvenience.

The location was good close to the train station. Room was given to us before 3 p.m
That there was no AC. We had fans which was o.k would suggest to put AC The bedroom sheets where not ironed so they looked a bit scruffy.
