La cama y el sofá cama eran bastante cómodos, tiene una decoración bastante agradable
En la habitación no hay climatización y era algo sofocante con este calor, las persianas no funcionan y el sol da directo a las ventanas

Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe gut verfügbar. Angenehme Fussentfernung in die Innenstadt. Einige Einkaufsgeschäfte sehr nah verfügbar
Im Vorfeld waren ein paar Fragen unklar: Parkplatz war angegeben und mussteaber vorab reserviert werden. Gibt es einen Zimmercode oder findet eine Übergabe statt? Hier sollte schon bei der Reservierung Klarheit geschaffen werden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schwierig, da nicht sofort erreichbar. Unser Code war 2x falsch bis wir den richtigen Code bekamen

Emplacement central pour se déplacer à pied : gare, centre ville... Appartement propre et bien agencé. Communication avec notre hote rapide et efficace.
Quelques éléments détériorés par d'anciens occupants à corriger: portes de placards, meuble de la salle d'eau. Volants roulants inutilisables à réparer voire à remplacer.

La decoración
Indica que está a 5min del Capitole (debe ser en coche) porque caminando se encuentra aproximadamente a 20min. Luego cuando llegamos olía a tabaco. La puerta del apartamento era complicada de abrir. El plato de ducha en malas condiciones y el sofá cama incómodo. Faltaba limpieza, en general. Es una pena porque si todo eso estuviera bien mantenido, el apartamento es acogedor y la decoración está bien.
