    Convenient being near train station, easy to get in and out of the city, also just 10-15 min walk to center of the city. Clean, stylish, bright lighting, can't ask for better accommodation choice.

    The rooms are refurbished and spacious. The main issue I have is that although I had paid for a room in advance, upon arrival I was asked to give an extra 150€ deposit in case of damages. This was not communicated to me in advance (I checked again my confirmation email). Also I asked (but was denied) any documentation regarding this security deposit. I.e. I asked for an official document defining and detailing what is meant by “damage” and under what Xcode ditions the hotel will keep your deposit. I received no answer and no documents just annoyed staff responding “this is how it’s done do you want the room?” . You’d expect for a big deposit request like this receiving a receipt and a legal document purling terms and conditions would be common procedure but no. At this point they kind of force you to pay it because at the point of the check in if you deny and don’t take the room you loose your non-refundable booking. Also there were insects in my room when I arrived and the mugs & cutlery in my room are dirty. I have photographic evidence of all of this. All in all I wouldn’t mind the latter given the price that I paid but I am annoyed about the deposit and the lack of information and the bad treatment from staff.

    I just choose this Hotel due to presence of Sauna and Jacuzzi But the Sauna is out of Order and there is only one water outlet to emit the water out in jacuzzi And seems this maintenance have been kept a period of time and no any notice for the maintenance , although the view of this jacuzzi is very good . Or enjoy this jacuzzi just like bathing!!

    Nobody talks english or spanish. A few try, but it is still very hard to ask for something Rooms have a small kitchen and cleaning devices so it is like a small ***. Also, as in an airbnb, you have to do your own cleaning; no room cleaning and you have to throw your trash somewhere else (they don't say where) when leaving The bathroom does not have a curtain nor anything, so showering is showering EVERYTHING And the gym? Non existent tbh. Literally two running machines, a rower and a bicycle
