The apartment was clean and well stocked with towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to get us started including coffee, bottled water and olive oil. The balcony has a nice view and its a great place to have meals.
The windows did not have screens, but that is very common in Italy.
