A perfect place to stay for Santa Marinella - Singles, couples and families.

This property is really amazing for Santa Marinella. Great location, nice spacious insides, and very very clean. Francesca the host is extra attentive and friendly. Even though we had some problems on arrival to the area, she was always messaging and willing to find help for us.

Bathroom is a little cramped, but this was EXTREMELY minor.

This place was perfect authentic rustic spotless Owner was amazing . We booked for 2 nights before our cruise. And anyone going on a cruise Boothis gem of a place 5 mins to train to port Perfect

Exceptional

We stayed a week in this beautiful appartment and had a fantastic time. Everything is exactly as described. From the roof terrace we enjoyed the fantastic view of the beach and the sea. Shops, cafes and restaurants are in walking distance, but the street itself is really quiet. The beach is close, and the water is very clear.

Very good

The property is really nice, with a fantastic terrace and a good location in the village. Two of the bedrooms are large, with comfortable double beds and lots of space. Kitchen is small but well equipped, living room also fairly small but big enough (and you'll want to use the terrace as much as possible!). Trains station is five minutes walk, with regular trains to Rome which take about an hour. In October the beach is public so it was nice for a walk or swimming. Local restaurants are also five minutes walk away.

There's not much going on in Santa Marinella in October, I expected a bit more activity / shops on the beach front etc. Small bedroom needs a new bed, current one is very uncomfortable.

Perfect location and apartment!

Absolutely stunning view from a spacy and nice terrace. Cllean and comfortable appartment (including comfy beds) with all that is needed for a perfect stay. Really nice fish restaurants closeby and a real "local" feeling. No problems with the hand over of keys eventhough our plane was very late. We would very much like to go back and will give our best recommendations.

antastic house. spacious bedrooms, and a great roof terrace. kitchen and living room small but complete. distance to the beach is 4 min. walk. no private beach in the late season, but a crystal clear sea. hostess responds quickly to questions and provides good solutions. train station within 100 meters with which you have a direct connection to visit Rome. apartment super clean, good beds, fantastic pillows. great experience
