The place looks amazing and so relaxing.
We only had dinner once but the food was great. The lasagna was so good.
Plenty of sun beds and staff are very helpful.
A short drive to Ladispoli beaches.
If staying more than a couple of days a car would be a good idea as taxi's can get a bit expensive.

The highlight for us is the charming location; Living in a beautiful stone villa, with a generous garden, is a dream come true; The location is very comfortably close to Fiumicino airport (by car!), and provides a good base camp to go to the beach, or even to the nearby lake bracciano (25 min by car);
It was a very hot 4 days, with max temperatures around 37 degrees Celcius; The AC in our room was excellent, maybe during the day we could have asked for the AC in the hallways to be turned on as well;

What a fantastic place to stay. Andreas is such a lovely man and gave me the warmest of welcomes. The house and rooms are of a very high standard and I can see me coming back again. The bed was very comfortable and the room large and very clean and cool.

Breakfast was so-so, with no options and small portions. The bathroom was large and the water was hot.
The location is awful. Thank goodness the host on duty stayed late in order to walk us step by step to the property! It’s not a “warm” place with almost an echo in the rooms; no rugs or carpeting.
