Все рядом, в шаговой доступности. К морю надо немного пройтись, но это даже хорошо. Посуда есть, стиральная и посудомоечная машины есть, что радует) Большие балконы, где вечером можно посидеть и даже поужинать
Очень жарко! жаль что нет кондиционера. Это большой минус, но если кому-то жара ок, то эту квартиру советую
