Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, leider aber ohne Wasserkocher. Große Wohnung, sehr gut arbeitende Klimaanlagen, gut verdunkelnde Rollläden. Spülmaschine mit Tabs und Waschmaschine. Kurzer Weg zum Meer mit öffentlichen Strandabschnitten. Viele gut erreichbare Restaurants. Supermarkt in Gehweite. Gute Zugverbindungen nach Rom.

Küche und Geschirr nicht sauber (Salatschleuder sogar schimmelig). Zu viele Tauben auf dem Balkon. Zum Bahnhof ist es doch recht weit. Veraltete Infomappe in der Wohnung.
