We had a wonderful time! The area is quiet and gave us a real taste of Italy. The property is perfectly located for a relaxing time and Cesare was so helpful in getting us transportation to the cruise port the morning of our departure. He was also very helpful when we arrived. It was very late and he graciously took time to get us acquainted with all the property has to offer. Definitely will stay again when I have the opportunity! Thank you Cesare!!

We loved everything. Owner Cesare very warmly greeted us. He explained everything about this apartment and all the amenities. It's very clean and modernly furnished with espresso maker. Airconditioned. Excellent location. When he found out that we are wine lovers, as a welcome, he brought us excellent bottle of red wine. We enjoyed very much stying there. When we told him when we leave for airport, he offered to drive us to Train Station. I will recomend this place to my travel clients. If I come back to Ladispoli, I definitely stay there.

What an apartment!!!
We has such an amazing time in Ladispoli!
Caesar and Miho were the perfect hosts.. they met us on arrival and helped us get oriented with the neighbourhood (and to get us into our parking spot!) The property was exactly as listed- very clean, and smartly-designed. Great kitchen facilities with everything you could think of - including gas range, all kitchen equipment and fantastic espresso-maker
The separate air conditioners in each bedroom really helped with the heat wave - and the black out shutters in every room made it possible to have deep sleeps every night…
Can’t say enough about the Japanese toilet either!! We liked it so much we got one at home when we returned!!
We absolutely loved being so close to the gorgeous black-sand beach and watching the sunset every night. Restaurants all along the promenade were fantastic and affordable - and the fact that we were able to take a 1/2 hour train to Rome for the day and be back in our cozy beachside abode at night- was such a bonus. It really felt like home.
Definitely will be back!!

The hosts Miho and Cesare are fantastic and always ready to help with any questions or problems. The property is as you see in the pictures. The house is not big but there are some details that make the stay really pleasant: an amazing Japanese wc with incorporated bidet, a coffee machine that delivers a great espresso, air conditioning, tv, wifi, and a big shower. There is also an outside shower where you can take off all the sand before entering the house.
The location is the best: in front of a nice beach - check out the frittura di pesce and spaghetti alle vongole there! - and near the town centre, where you can find any restaurant, bars, shops,supermarkets, etc. Train station is a 10 minute walk, and takes you to the centre of Rome in 40 minutes. There is no washing machine but there is a launderette a 3 minute walk away , open every day, where you can wash and dry your clothes. Ladispoli is a beautiful and lively little town and the house is in the middle of the hustle and bustle but in a quiet spot. No music or loud noises at night. All in all a perfect beach holiday.
