Superb

We arrived very early and were able to drop our luggage off at 11.30am. We were given the keys and sent a message when the apartment was ready. This was very helpful and appreciated, along with the watermelon and prosecco in the fridge.

Our short stay was just perfect

The location was perfect, close to the shops, the beach, the market, and dining places. The apartment was cosy, everything you need, was available. Plus, a bottle of Prosecco and fruits for welcoming. The host was very nice and helpful.

Large, comfortable home with everything you could need.

Casa Ilaria is a spacious, beautifully furnished, quiet, and secure house that is within easy walking distance to the train station, shops, restaurants, and bars. The hostess is wonderful, patiently and promptly responding to questions. The well-stocked kitchen had coffee, snacks, good olive oil, fresh fruit, and even a welcome bottle of Prosecco! we were very comfortable and can highly recommend it.

This is just a personal issue. We unplugged all the little electric aroma devices due to allergic reactions.

The place is spotless and it has all the amenities that anyone might need, the hosts are friendly and waited for us on arrival to give us the keys and show us around, great location. The comfy beds and pillows are a big plus.

We loved it!

When we got to the apartment, it took my breath away. It was big, clean, airy, there was coolers in every room. It felt just like home and you can easily image this place to stay with family for a little bit longer, because it has literally everything you would need for living. Big grocery store, ice cream bar etc. just under 5 minutes walk, and free beach less than 10 minutes.

I really have nothing to complain. If one little thing, there could be descriptions in recycle bins, because we didn't know the color codes.

I have to say that everything of our staying was absolutely perfect. The place is very clean and elegantly decorated. Lots of complementary stuff are provided in this apartment that listing them all would be too long. Casa ilaria is the “Ideal choice” for families with kids. Highly recommended! 5 stars no doubt.

im Oktober leider zu dunkel - nie Sonne im Wohnraum Meerblick stand in der Ausschreibung- leider nicht vorhanden. Auf der dunklen Terrasse (parterre, nord-west) viele Mücken.

De locatie is perfect precies tussen het station en het strand. Daarnaast is het appartement ruim, compleet ingericht en hele goede eigenaren die heel servicegericht zijn! Super verblijf gehad!

Heel fijn verbleven in casa Ilaria! Op wandelafstand van strand en centrum van Ladispoli. Makkelijke treinverbinding naar Rome. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig (lakens-handdoeken-badproducten) en hartelijk ontvangen met een flesje prosecco. Kortom, een aanrader!

Dom w idealnej lokalizacji

Super lokalizacja i bardzo komunikatywni właściciele. Apartament znajduje się na parterze domu-bliźniaka, jest kilkaset metrów od morza i w podobnej odległości od stacji kolejowej, z której można w 25 minut dotrzeć na Plac Św. Piotra. Domek jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, ma wszystko co potrzebne do spędzenia miłych wakacji.

Dla nas osobiście najgorszy był zapach wilgoci w jednej z sypialni. Trafiła nam się super pogoda (ponad 20 stopni) więc to niestety nie kwestia deszczu - po prostu mury są przesiąknięte wodą i bardzo możliwe, że jest już tam grzyb, stąd zapach.
