Our apartment of 90 square meters. modern and welcoming, it has been completely renovated. Located opposite both the free beach of the Regina Elena promenade and the best bathing establishments of Ladispoli.

It was just what we needed. Very spacious, great kitchen, lovely views of the beach and sea. Nice balcony and breezes even on a hot day. Very relaxing! Great proximity to Rome via train and the airport by car or train. Some loud music on weekend nights from the local establishments, but that was fine (end of May, might be seasonal). Overall highly recommend!

Loved the location and the view was incredible. There are a few things that could be improved upon such as providing salt, pepper and basic cooking oil and maybe a non-stick fry/cooking pan. The place was quite spacious and very solidly built which contributed to not hearing anything from adjoining units. The owners were very gracious and very quick to respond. Loved the boardwalk in front of the place that ran into town. Wish there had been bus transportation throughout the city to be able to do a deeper dive into the offerings of the city and even neighboring towns. Taxies were very expensive - train transportation was very reasonable. Less than $3 to get to Rome. It was very quiet and very little traffic on the street - of course it was off seasons and most beach establishments were closed - but we expected that. Thank you to Massimo in providing a comfortable place to call home for four days.

Our second time in this lovely apartment which has everything you could want; views over the beach and people promenading just below you. Very handy for Rome with frequent trains. Massimo is a great host and responds promptly to any requests. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything.
