Neu hergerichtete sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Netter Gastgeber bei Übergabe. Sehr gute und zügige Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist für die Durchreise geeignet.
Cevitavecchia ist kein schöner Ort und die Umgebung der Wohnung ist nicht besonders schön, aber dafür können die Gastgeber nichts.

Местоположение относительно жд станции, очень внимательное отношение хозяев к мелочам (есть все необходимое- банные принадлежности, кофе, оливковое масло, сушка для одежды…в общем для путешественника было всё ). Любезные и приветливые хозяева, возможность раннего доступа.
В квартире очень жарко/душно. Окна открыть можно, но только в для проветривания, тк дом стоит на трассе и круглосуточно ездят авто, мотоциклы, машины полиции с включением сигнала, скорая помощь - шумоизоляция не помогает. Квартира на первом этаже- грохот от входной двери, шумные соседи (ночные скандалы и прочее). Очень неудобные подушки, которые привели к болям в области шеи. Кондиционер один на две комнаты- установлен под окном, сток воды выведен в емкость внизу, каждое утро лужа, тк на ночь не хватает объема емкости. Кондиционер очень шумит и вибрирует.
