Ideal base for Town/Digbeth. Reasonable space and facilities for the price. Would stay again.

Location was ideal, apt was as described, clean and with reasonable facilities. Self catering apt on a Friday night so wasn't expecting too much but met and exceeded expectations.

Some confusion over the property address (apt no, vs floor no, vs building no). This could be much more clearly presented. Location and code for key collection was not released until after agreed check in time due to apt being cleaned late. This led to concern over the legitimacy of the booking and unnecessary stress, especially when confirmation states these will be given 24 hours before check-in.

Fab

Really handy for the city centre, loved the Chinese Quarter and gay village vibes. Host was super helpful and apartment was clean with great facilities and a welcoming vibe. Everything you could need, warm and cosy.

It was tricky to find initially though we arrived in the dark and I am terrible at using google maps etc. More instructions using landmarks or points of reference would have been helpful, ie which exit to take from grand central, key shops/buildings etc to navigate your way. Host was obviously highly motivated to ensure we had a lovely stay, perhaps sending a video on day of arrival of how to get from city centre to apartment would be good?

Lovely stay for a concert

Excellent location for the O2 Academy, the building looked a bit rough but once we were in the apartment it was really nice the NCP car park was only £7.00 as well

The building and foyer etc was off putting but once in the apartment was lovely
