bella struttura in buona posizione, ben arredata e dotata dei servizi necessari, tutto nuovo, ma montato in modo approssimativo, complicato lìaccesso al garage e posto auto difficile da usare
le camere troppo piccole e con arredamento essenziale, non si poteva aprire la valigia in una delle capere perchè mancava lo spazio per metterla in orizzontale, per ritirare la chiavi e il telecomando del parcheggio bisogna lasciare l'auto in strada e non ci sono spazi dove farlo, l'arrivo è stato complicato

Lage sehr gut, BUS 602 und 300 direkt vor der Tür. Guter Transfer zur Metro oder direkt in die Stadt. Sehr sichere Wohnanlage. Grundsätzlich tolle, moderne funktionale Ausstattung. Sehr gut zu verdunkeln durch Fensterläden. Schallschluckende Fenster. Konnten deutlich früher ins Haus.
Das gesamte Haus / Fenster bedarf einer intensiven Grundreinigung. Alle Oberflächen (Schränke, Fliesen, Glaselenente an der Treppe) waren deutlich verschmutzt. Sehr hellhörig zu den rechts und links liegenden Wohneinheiten (Treppengeräusche, Musik, Gespräche), Heftige Gerüstaufbauarbeiten am Nachbarhaus.
