L'emplacement, le confort et la propreté Et la réactivité lorsqu'on a eu besoin de quelque chose.
Un peu léger sur les ustensiles de cuisine, pour 6 personnes c'était vraiment juste.

Buena ubicación. Habitaciones amplias todas con su baño privado

Clean property. All bedrooms were en suite. Bedroom 3 spacious. Swift response when we phoned about intercom going off during the night. Porto itself is amazing.
No tea, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets ie basics supplied or left by previous visitors everywhere else we have stayed. I guess everthing we left would have been removed too. Dining chairs were uncomfortable and no settee which would have been appreciated. Intercom had to be dismantled as woke us at 1a.m and regularly after that. Surprising as it didn't need to be there in the first place. Poor A.C especially in rooms 1 and 2, weak. Simple issues which are easily fixed and would make a big difference.
