The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and everything was exactly as expected, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end. They were friendly, responsive, and very helpful whenever we had a question, and everything was explained clearly. The whole experience felt smooth and well organised, and we really appreciated the care and attention throughout our stay.
There was nothing in particular that we disliked. We had a very positive experience and were happy with the accommodation overall.

No negatives. 3rd floor but ok for us.

Location , clean, comfortable and easy to walk to the historic centre but not so busy and so much less noise than being in the centre . Car park spot though expensive in lock up garage was useful for when we used a rental car to visit outside the city or visit friends in Nova Gaia. Also shops, bakeries and supermarket very convenient
Nothing to report , maybe negotiate a cheaper car park rate ?

A very comfortable apartment, just as described, close to the city center and tourist attractions. It's a safe neighborhood, with shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with Maria (the host), who is extremely helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.
