The location is perfect for being close to the city centre, but far enough for a quiet stay. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. The facilities have everything you need and more, both clean and comfortable. The blinds are adjustable for sleeping later in the morning, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom carries all the essentials. With unbeatable pricing, it's hard to find value in places like this, so I would highly recommend it!
There isn't anything we didn't like, honestly. It's worth mentioning that there's a flight of stairs with no lifts, but this cannot be mitigated as that's the building structure. If you're travelling to Porto, walking in elevated heights should come as no surprise, even with accommodation. Apart from that, everything was superb!!

Great central location and great parking next door. Maria the host was fantastic
Just a couple of maintenance issues. Roller shutters didn’t shut properly and the sink had a broken plug. Unable to wash dishes properly
