The house met all our expectations and we had a very enjoyable stay. One bedroom has bunk beds and the other has a double bed. The kitchen is as well equipped as your own at home; espresso machine, toaster, kettle, pots, pans and many other utensils were all available. We never felt anything was missing while cooking. The living room is very spacious with comfortable sofas, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was convenient and there was always hot water. The place we enjoyed the most was the large terrace where we had all our meals. Downstairs, there is an even larger area with a barbecue option. It was also a great pleasure to enjoy our coffee on the rocking chairs.
The location is also very convenient. It is only a 2–3 minute walk to the beach, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood consisting of just one street, mostly inhabited by retirees. Right up the road there is a Metro supermarket, which makes shopping very easy. You can also reach Kavala city center by car in just 10 minutes. It is a perfect place for those who seek tranquility.
The beach has fine white sand and umbrellas provided by the municipality at the entrance. Although there are some day visitors, it is mostly preferred by families with children. The sea is shallow and crystal clear, making it ideal and safe for kids, which was a big plus for us.
The host was very kind and helpful. We were warmly welcomed with nice gestures such as cold water, jam, and cookies waiting for us in the fridge. He also shared fresh tomatoes and figs from his garden, which we greatly appreciated. These thoughtful touches truly made us feel at home.
In summary, with its comfort, location, and the host’s hospitality, our stay was unforgettable. We look forward to coming back again.
The washing machine is a bit old and the programs take quite a long time, but it was not a big issue for us.

Ev oldukça büyüktü ve çok temizdi. Mutfakta gerekli her malzeme vardı ve çok temizdi. Balkonu çok keyifli, tüm kahvaltılarımızı orada yaptık. Bulunduğu yer sakin bir köy. Kavala’ya da çok yakın. Ev sahibesi dolapta bizim için iki şişe soğuk su bırakmıştı. Ayrıca bir kavanoz reçel ve bisküvi de bırakmıştı. Evde hiç bir eksik yoktu. Biz çok keyifle kaldık. Ayrıca Stella’nın yeğeni Hristo ve annesi çok yardımcı oldular. Ertesi gün balkonumuzda bir tabak taze incir bırakmıştı annesi. Teşekkürler her şey için. Ayrıca her pencerenin sineklikle kaplanmış olması da rahat uyumamızı sağladı.

Sehr schönes ursprünglich mediterranes Apartment. Sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einige Autominuten außerhalb der Stadt. Hier leben eine Hand voll Einheimische.
Sehr schöne und große Veranda umgeben von Gärten. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der ruhige, fast einsame Strand ist nicht weit und es gibt dort einige feste Sonnenschirme.
In dem Örtchen gibt es weder Mini-Markt noch Cafés. Es gibt einige freilaufende Hunde, die beißen aber nicht und bellen vielleicht. Nach kavala sind es aber nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Das wird aber benötigt. Ansonsten ist es sehr authentisch

Un apartament spațios, cu terasa, curat, intr-o zona liniștită și ușor de ajuns. Am avut și parcare. A fost superb!
