Casa Estepona - 7 min to beach

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartment. Dużym atutem jest miejsce w garażu podziemnym i basen. Blisko sklepy i restauracje. Do centrum/promenady/plaży 15 minut spacerem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy.

Mały minus brak deski do prasowania i małych talerzy.

Appartement propre et agréable, situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec piscine. La place de parking est un vrai plus, même si elle était malheureusement occupée le deuxième jour de notre séjour. La literie est confortable. La climatisation est efficace et la cuisine est correctement équipée avec four, micro-ondes, cafetière Dolce Gusto et bouilloire électrique. Notre contact, Maria, a été courtoise et réactive sur WhatsApp tout au long du séjour. La plage de La Rada est facilement accessible, à environ 6 minutes en voiture.

L’appartement est situé à environ 15 minutes à pied de la plage, avec une montée assez marquée au retour, ce qui peut être fatigant après une journée à la plage. Les horaires de check-in (15h00) et de check-out (11h00) sont stricts, sans possibilité de flexibilité. Nous avions prévenu Maria la veille de notre arrivée à Estepona vers 10h00, après un long voyage, en espérant pouvoir nous installer un peu plus tôt et nous reposer. Cela n’a malheureusement pas été possible, le ménage étant prévu de 11h00 à 15h00. C’est le principal point négatif de notre séjour : une certaine flexibilité, lorsque cela est possible, aurait nettement amélioré l’expérience, notamment pour les voyageurs arrivant tôt après un long trajet. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un appartement propre, bien équipé et bien situé pour découvrir Estepona.

Very clean and spacious, great pool

Our air con didn’t work … despite an engineer apparently coming out after our first night. There was one fan provided but this was no where near a replacement for good air con We requested a 2nd fan as a family of 4 however we were told this was not possible . Good air con is a non negotiable for us so did impact the comfort of our stay a lot

1. The Building is great. It’s new and very clean. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious with blackout shades. The location is great: It’s a nice 12-15 minute walking distance to the beach or 10-12 minutes to the lively old-town’s restaurants and shopping (downhill to the beach, uphill back). The neighborhood is clean, lit and safe.

1. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. My husband likes a firm mattress and I’m not picky, but we both suffered on these beds for 2 weeks. I should have listened to previous reviews…it’s a serious problem in both bedrooms. Comfortable mattresses in a guest house should be a #1 priority and the number of reviews stating this should be enough to make it an immediate action. I would love to stay here again if they change the mattresses or add a quality memory foam topper. 2. No trash cans in bathrooms 3. Toilet seat lid is missing in one bathroom 4. No Ironing board (although there’s an iron) 5. No clothes dryer as listed in description 6. The queen bed has a queen-size duvet cover, but no queen duvet. There are two twin/single duvets in the closet. 7. Cheap decor, bed-clothes, and kitchen equipment — quality doesn’t match quality of the building/apartment.
