Beautiful apartment, so spacious & clean close to all amenities. Sheltered balcony was perfect.

El apartamento es muy bonito, la ubicación muy buena, no hemos necesitado coger el coche para movernos.

Creo que le faltaría un microondas a la cocina, hacía años que no calentábamos la leche en un cazo. La plaza de aparcamiento tampoco es cómoda para descargar el equipaje, es mejor sacarlo a la calle y acceder por el portal que tener que bajar dos rampas hasta la planta -3 para tener acceso desde el ascensor.

The accommodation is managed by an agency that does everything possible to make things complicated. From imposing more and more conditions after the reservation has been completed, to a disastrous process of handing over the keys, finding the garage, and even the apartment itself – all a complete mess. - The deposit payment is processed through a payment gateway outside of Booking.com. - During guest registration, they collect personal data beyond what the law requires, violating GDPR, and you have to upload your data to a dubious third party. - They force you to use WhatsApp for communication. If you really insist, you can push them into using the Booking.com chat, which we highly recommend. - If you don’t have a car, you will truly “enjoy” picking up the keys. - Do you like escape games? The instructions and videos for finding the parking spot and the apartment in the complex must have been made by a very incompetent person. You’ll see everything there—except what you actually need. - We had to wash the kitchen dishes before using them. - We bought all the basics—salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent... Whoever comes after us—enjoy! - The pool is available, but you won’t find any towels for pool use in the apartment. You have to use the regular ones… but then what will you dry yourself with after a shower? - Watching mould in the bathroom while showering is disgusting. - Bring earplugs! Noise from the pool goes on until late hours, kids play with balls, one bedroom window is right above the building entrance, and the walls are paper-thin.
