A beautiful and renovated penthouse apartment in Estepona centre with a large balcony, ideal for small families or couples, within walking distance to the beach, located in the heart of Estepona old town. This fantastic property offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, a bright and modern living room with direct access to the south-east facing balcony with town views and partial sea views. The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and has a built-in wardrobe available for guests and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a double bed with direct balcony access as well. There is a modern and fully renovated shower room available in the apartment, equipped with shower, WC and sink. The lounge area provides a flat-screen TV with international channels including Sky and videos on demand for free along with a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection. The lounge area is fully air conditioned and offers comfortable seating for four guests. The balcony of this apartment has an outdoor table with seating for four guests, plus two sun loungers. From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and town. This lovely apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your holiday in Estepona. Street parking is available however there is a new underground garage close by for a small fee.

Beautiful very comfortable well appointment apartment in the heart of the old town, superbly well equipped leaving nothing to be desired. Will be returning. Only negative being you have to pick up and return keys to the Port area would be an advantage to be able to pick up and drop off in an area in the old town

Large terrace, quiet location but so close to the C. Terraza through the old town. Estepona is lovely, the local government takes so much pride in maintaining the floral displays. Good restaurants. Apartment is brilliantly equipped. We will certainly be back.

The apartment was absolutely fabulous and the description of the apartment under sells it and was better tnan expected. It's home from home. Very friendly locals.
Excellent customer service from the rental company and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. Queries were answered promptly.
We are looking forward to going back next year.

A modernised apartment in a traditional city-centre building.Great location just off one of the main squares . Positives - the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Negatives- noisy builders working in adjacent apartments from morning till mid evening most days. Street parking is impossible but there is a great underground car park at the end of the street.
