We enjoyed spending a week "Under the Tree" in Novi Beograd. The contact with the friendly host was pleasant; we got all the informations we needed. The price-performance ratio is absolutely ok.
Since we came to spend time with our son and family in Beograd we were thankful to find a comfy place to stay overnights nearby. Yes, the appartement is rather tiny, especially for two people, but includes everything you need. Even a nice veranda under the tree. Since we were with our sons family during daytime we didn't use the kitchenarea except for preparing teas. The appartement is located on a litle-used backroad behind a large appartement-complex, opposite a large park-like meadow and is very quiet. Most of "Under the Tree" is a few feet souterrain, but absolutely dry, clean and with daylight through glassdor and window. Persons with limited mobility may be compromised by the stairs and tinyness of the appartement. We definitely would chose it again, when we visit family in Novi Beograd.
