Great location for a day at the races.

Wonderful base to explore Chepstow, just a short walk into the town. Modern kitchen and bathroom, living room and bedrooms dated but comfortable despite that. Good communication with owner with clear instructions on how to find the keys. Would.definitely stay here again.

We did stay midweek but despite contacting a number of taxi's in the area, we were unable to find one able to take us to the house at 9pm all too busy!. The walk back was uphill which is why we would have preferred a taxi but it's wasn't too far to walk.

Close to town centre. Modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom and shower very good. Everything very clean

Furniture is dated and sofa not comfortable but it was ok for two nights stay.

Location was great, only 10 minutes from the venue we needed to attend the next day

There were a lot of personal belongings from the previous or current owner. Bedside drawers filled with prescription medication, multiple scissors and other objects. Be mindful of this if you take children who like to explore! On arrival was met by the neighbour opposite asking if we could move our car before we even had chance to unpack!

Perfect

Good communication, easy access, and plenty of parking. There is plenty of room (5 in our group). Lovely and warm, and also comfortable beds. Great with the extra wc downstairs. Great spot for Chepstow Town and Race Course. We did use a taxi.

Just needs a little up date, but this wouldn't stop another visit. Some of the more personal items need to be removed. They weren't a problem but felt as if we'd made Granny move out for us to stay.

First time using a rental property instead of hotel for a week to visit family and will do again.

quiet location close to town and easy access all directions. Very good shower/bath facilities.

Parking bit of an issue especially neighbours parking their cars on the road making it difficult to exit drive. Lack of instructions eg tv, wifi, and required items left in back of cleaning cupboard eg washing up bowl. Place could do with a good spring clean. Little garden furniture to sit out in back garden would be nice.

Perfect home from home stay

Beautifully decorated spacious house with all the amenities you need. A gorgeous sun trap of a back garden too. Ideal location for a walk into the town centre, castle, river or race course. Host was quick to respond to any queries. Also had off street parking which is a big bonus for Chepstow.

Ideal location but only for a short purpseful stay

Great location

Parking on the driveway wasn’t easy as there were lots of cars around Furniture very dated and the upstairs bedroom furniture smelt old. One bedside light ( celloptape on cinnection) Iron was so old with plate burns it marked my husbands shirt

Lovely house in great location

Spacious house in great location. Easy access to local town and motorways. Walkable distance to Chepstow town. Very quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Nice out door area.

No complaints at all. A suggestion would be for some patio table and chairs outside
