Wonderful house

The house was perfect for our two family getaway weekend. We will def book again. The house had everything we needed and was really cosy. Plenty of space. Parking was fab. Easy access.

Was quite a distance from the centre. Was Mix up with towels but soon got sorted. Could do with new pillows or a few more.

… us three ladies had a lovely stay in a comfortable and very clean, stylish and well organised property.

Very spacious and so clean. Lovely comfortable rooms … and well equipped kitchen … with the addition of a lovely dining room. The weather was awful 😞… so we could go into the garden but would be lovely I am sure in the Summer … and safe for children. We just had one car 🚙 but I am pretty sure you could fit three cars on that large drive. All in all a lovely stay. We were attending an evening wedding party at Tewdrics House … and that would have easily been walkable in dry weather 👍.

Ideal accommodation for St Tewdrics House

Short walking distance from St Tewdrics House. Facilities were clean and check in was very easy. Lovely layout of house, driveway is quite big and fits two cars easily. Very enjoyable stay.

Most of us found the mattresses very firm, but this is personal preference. My partner thought they were very comfortable!

Convenient location, clean and tidy, well equipped and friendly and helpful host.

Traffic noise in the night with bedroom window open in the two front bedrooms, TV difficult to navigate, recycling bags were difficult to find.

Short break and leisure time away.

I liked all everything about the place. We didn't spend time around the local area. We went other places but needed the place to rest at night which was good 😊.

The stairs are very noisy which can easily wake up others if one person needs to go down or up the stairs. Other other thing is that there is no towel hanger in the bathroom. If I had some tools of mine with me I would put one on the wall between the bathroom door and the bath screen because it's my especiality bathroom and house improvements. I do recommend it as a necessary do so.

Super nice stay, would definitely stay again,

Superb property really nice location would definitely stay again, host was very good explaining where to get keys, I arrived late and was very happy to see tea and coffee there as well, great place to stay for a larger group,

Beds were slightly not as comfy to my liking otherwise would of been full 10 stars so gets 9.5 but I would stay again for sure

Clean and comfortable

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Good beds, large living room, good wi-fi TV with loads of channels (Netflix, iplayer etc). Large garden with table and chairs. Good communication. Off street parking.

Could have done with a coffee maker of some sort (instant coffee, milk and tea provided though). Only 3 towels for 4 people and check out very early at 10am (11am would be much better). Near a main road so some traffic noise.

Perfect home from home. Had everything we needed. House was spotless throughout, and a great location for Chepstow Racecourse. We had a couple of questions, and the host responded very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
