Worst stay we’ve ever had.

This property was so bad we had to leave after an hour and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. There was mould in the fridge, which stank. The draw of cooking utensils was filthy. There was dust on all the surfaces and window sills, it clearly hadn’t had a deep clean for some time. It was also on the top floor of a 4th story block of flats, which, at the time, didn’t appear to be clear in the advert. The staff (communicating from a WhatsApp number in the Philippines) couldn’t find us any alternative places to stay - despite the company having multiple properties available at the time in South Wales. Worst stay I’ve ever had through Booking.
