Some clothes hooks and a small shelf in the shower would be useful. More exact instructions are required for disposing the garbage. The bins are quite hidden in the basement.

I will stay there again next time.

The only problem was the address at Booking.com was incorrect. I have to googled the correct address by the apartment name. I have contacted the staff and they will correct the address.

It is on the 4th floor, but there is elevator. The car noise could be a bit loud during the day with the window opened. However, I could hardly hear anything if the windows are closed.

Lovely apartment, exactly like the pictures, comfortable bed, excellent location. The checkin and checkout process was easy and smooth. Everything was really great!

C'era tutto l'occorrente, ad esempio lavatrice, ferro da stiro e asciugacapelli.

Per un giorno abbiamo avuto difficoltà con l'acqua calda, che non c'era. La struttura si trova un po' spostata rispetto alla mappa di booking.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che l’indirizzo su Booking mi portava in un altra struttura. Per arrivare in appartamento dovevamo guardare un video, che ho capito di guardare solo dopo aver chiamato innumerevoli volte la struttura! Non molto esplicito, secondo me al momento del pagamento dovrebbero dire “per entrare nell’appartamento guardate il video dove verrà indicato il piano e la camera”. La tv non funzionava come loro dicevano. Ad un certo punto ha smesso di funzionare anche il telecomando. Dopo aver parlato con loro ho lasciato tutto così com’era e ho smesso di accendere la tv.

Parfait séjour dans l'établissement L'ASTORIA à Menton

Mon séjour à Menton dans l'établissement L'ASTORIA s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, 3min à pied de la gare, 1min à pied de la plage ! La propreté était plus qu'au rendez vous, c'est un sans faute. Nous avons pu cuisiner sans problème car l'appartement est bien équipé. Incroyable communication également avec nos hôtes par message (vidéos explicatives, infos sur le logement ou sur les choses à faire dans le coin), nous avons été aiguillés également par une fiche dans l'appartement où l'on pouvait retrouver toutes les explications donné par message. Endroit très charmant avec un balcon qui donne sur une jolie rue. Par rapport à la caution je n'étais pas à l'aise de passer par un autre site pour l'effectuer mais tout s'est très bien passé, j'ai pu récupérer la caution à mon retour. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Je n'avais pas bien compris que j'allais être prélevé de la caution de 500euros et les retrouver après mon séjour, c'est peut être une faute de compréhension de ma part. Heureusement que j'avais un peu plus de coté, je comprend totalement le besoin de cette caution. Nous avons ouvert la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui donne dans la cage d'évacuation (d'aération), nous avons eu la visite de plusieurs moucherons, nous avons réussi à les faire partir heureusement, je ne sais pas si c'était un hasard ou si il ne fallait pas l'ouvrir. Sinon c'était parfait !
