Property owner was lovely. I left keys in apartment on Easter Sunday but Martin helped put very quick. Guides on kitchen table were useful also

Everything. It it the most perfect flat in the most perfect location. I like to think of the people who lived there throughout the ages. The ambience is overwhelming sometimes's, it's just so perfect.
I can't fault the flat. Stayed here twice already, and will be booking again. You will not be disappointed by staying here, there's just a perfect vibe.

An Bonnan Bui was an excellent cafe, and I had visited the museum, so I knew the building and location. If you are holidaying in Rathmullan it is a perfect spot as you are across the road from the pier and beach. Surprisingly quiet at night considering there is a pub on the opposite corner. I was in the first floor apartment where the Flight of the Earls museum used to be, and the main room is a good size. For a cooked breakfast or lunch you are only a few seconds walk from Belles Kitchen.
The kitchenette and shower / toilet section is small and cramped, which is a great pity as there is plenty of space to have a decent sized set of facilities. The quality of the workmanship and finish is rather poor, and evidently very cheaply done. Even though the building conversion cannot be much more than a year old it looks as though it is many many years old. There are multiple types of boards used for skirting, the skirting is cut short of the architrave, there is missing architrave etc. The poor quality cheap finish is a pity as otherwise it would be great.
