Spacious place with free sauna for a quick stay over before Narvik

10 min drive to Narvik and Narvik ski area. It is a big house with a bedroom, living room and kitchen, and a balcony. There was an outdoor sauna (dry type) of fair size (enough for 4~6 people) that heats up very quickly. Kitchen area was spacious but not much of cookwares.

Access to terrace was tricky. There is a big sliding door that is rather tricky to open and close, especially when wind is blowing hard. You need some skill and practice to manipulate the handle of the door. Otherwise it won't slide open or close/shut completely. Host needs to put some instruction near the door.

Nice view but very cold (temperature)

We stayed in the downstairs apartment and I cant really recommend it. When we arrived it was 8°C in the apartment, the small radiator didn't have chance to heat the place up. 4 hours after turning it on we were still wearing multiple layers to keep warm. You can tell theres not really much love in the place. It does mostly have what you need but essentials like salt for cooking were missing. It looks okay because its basically an ikea showroom. The water isn't drinkable at the moment, which we were told the day of the booking. The owner said there was some issue with the water plant, causing high iron contents. The stains in the shower and sinks look like its not just an acute situation. Its fine to cook but we only drank bottled water and skipped the shower. We really expected a lot more but after a long day out in the cold, coming "home" to here wasn't even close to what you would hope.

Scenic and stunning, we fell in love with narvik!

Views! They were stunning all 360 degree! And the place itself was clean and comfortable

There was a smell in the water supply which made us a little uncomfortable and we had a little trouble commuting to the town and there’s no grocery stores nearby for us to get emergency supply

Beautiful location

The location was beautiful and close town. The sauna was wonderful and looked out over the water. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker. There was a French press but we had to go and buy coffee for it. There also was no toaster. We felt that the bathroom window should have had a blind on it. Everything else was amazing.

Beautiful location and facilities but neighbours may be noisy

Location and view

We had the downstairs apartment and noise was very bad from apartment above. No sound proofing and we felt quite exposed as the guests walked right past our bedroom window. Curtains did not fit the whole window so we could not shut them totally at night. If less exposed we would ah e left them open with no issue.

A perfect stay.

The house is just perfect: superclean, modern, great bathroom,,very comfortabele beds, very quiet and what a view: the mighty mountains and the fjord in front of you. Out of this world!

Comfortable and spacious house with a magnificent fjord view

The house is beautifully located in a quiet and peaceful are at the fjord. It is spacious and clean, well-equipped with a fantastic view from the terrace and windows. We even managed to see northern lights at the beginning of August from the terrace!

The view is beautiful, but there are some issues inside the house.

I really like the view here—the beautiful mountains are stunning. The living area is cozy.

The balcony door is broken and can't be opened to go outside. From looking at all the reviews, it seems like there's no intention to fix it. And during my one-night stay, the power went out around three times. I had to reset the circuit breaker myself, as if the house's electrical system was overloaded. I even had to turn off the heater just to be able to do the laundry.

Øyjordveien delight

This property is in an amazing location just outside Narvik (10 minute drive) in a small village called Oyjordveien on the edge of the Rombaken fjord with mountains overlooking the property. It’s a new property, well equipped with self catering facilities, relaxing rooms to enjoy majestic views, washing machine and ample parking. It’s such a relaxing setting, we enjoyed just sitting in the living room watching the fjord and snow capped mountains behind.

There is nothing to dislike about the property.

Quiet, Spacious and Clean

Nordic Bliss is very spacious and clean, and located in a quiet area of Narvik by the waters. My family had the chance to walk near to the waters and built a little snowman :). There's a sauna in a separate building, which must have been very comfortable although we didn't have much time at Narvik to try it.

Something was rattling in the winds, which made the kids a little worried. The property is below a steep and small driveway, and we missed the property when driving along in the dark (during December) --- a little signboard might be useful.

Mooi vakantiehuis en vooral het uitzicht is adembenemend. Alles is schoon en comfortabel, ook erg groot. We hebben er 3 nachten heerlijk mogen slapen. Ook het contact met de eigenaar liep goed, reageerde snel. Een aanrader!

Tolle Unterkunft mit noch tollerer Aussicht 🤩

Wow 🤩 einfach nur wow! Was für eine schöne Wohnung! Mit toller Aussicht 🥳 Wir hatten die Wohnung im oberen Geschoss, diese würde ich auch empfehlen zu buchen. Die Aussicht die man hat kommt bei weitem auf den Bildern nicht an rüber. Ansonsten war auch alles super. 👍🏻

Très agréable séjour à Narvik

L'emplacement est magnifique, directement en bord de mer. La sauna a des baies vitrées qui donnent aussi sur la mer. Séjour très agréable que je recommande.

Deze accommodatie moet het hebben van de prachtige locatie en de sauna.

Inchecken pas vanaf 17.00 uur. Wij kwamen een uurtje eerder en het huis was nog niet schoongemaakt! Er wordt per persoon 1 handdoek verstrekt, die ook nog zo hard als schuurpapier is. Balkondeur naar het terras kan niet open ( zag in de andere recensies dat dit al meer dan 6 maanden zo is) In de keuken geen flesopener of kurkentrekker te vinden. Een kast vol waxinelichtjes maar geen lucifers of aansteker aanwezig. Al met al heel teleurstellend.

La casa è nuova ed accogliente, il contesto bellissimo. Letti comodi, cucina attrezzata, bagno/doccia grande, il soggiorno con grande divano e poltrone confortevoli La terrazza è un bijoux la sauna anche. L'host risponde prontamente All'arrivo non trovavamo l'alloggio ma durante il soggiorno è stata montato un'insegna. Bravi Peccato essere rimasti solo 2 giorni

Sarebbe stato comodo un microonde e ferro da stiro...ma bene lo stesso. Le luci da letto per la camera piccola e quella del la terrazza, ma immagino sia in via di completamento

Η σαλοκουζινα και η θέα από το σαλόνι…δυστυχώς δεν δούλευε πάλι η μπαλκονόπορτα..για να βγούμε στο μπαλκόνι…

Παρά πολλά πράγματα… το χειρότερο ότι δεν είχε σεντόνια …. Δεν λειτουργούσε το Wi-Fi.. δεν λειτουργούσε το Netflix… δεν λειτουργούσε η μπαλκονόπορτα για να βγεις στο μπαλκόνι…πολύ μικρό το ένα δωμάτιο….η σάουνα δεν λειτουργούσε προσπαθήσαμε 2 ώρες αλλά τίποτα… είχε μόνο μια μικρή πετσέτα προσώπου για 4 άτομα…δείχνει ότι το έχουν παρατημένο… απαράδεκτο….

Traumhafte ruhige Lage mit Sauna

Die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick aufs Wasser und nicht weit entfernt von Narvik. Bonus ist definitiv die Sauna mit dem Eisbad direkt nebenan. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern hat super funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Bad gibt es leider keine Haken für die Handtücher. Der kürzeste Weg nach Narvik ist über die Brücke und kostet leider 90 NOK Maut. Es gibt aber auch einen anderen Weg, der nur etwas länger dauert.
