Posizione molto comoda, a soli 10 minuti a piedi da Ortigia. L'alloggio è nuovissimo, curato ed accogliente, fornito di tutti i comfort compresa AC, doccia ampia e televisione in soggiorno ed in camera da letto. È possibile alloggiare l'auto nel cortile interno, opzione molto comoda. Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile. Il quartiere è silenziosissimo, si dorme splendidamente
L'appartamento è in un comprensorio di (ex?) case popolari davvero molto vecchio, le facciate esterne sarebbero tutte da rifare. Il cortile dove si parcheggia è molto sporco e rimane sempre aperto, anche di notte. Per il resto mi direi assolutamente soddisfatto.

Appartamento a pochi minuti a piedi da Ortigia, risulta essere ben arredato, pulito, con tutti i servizi necessari a disposizione. L'host è stato disponibile ad ogni richiesta relativa al soggiorno. Il parcheggio all'interno del condominio è sicuramente un punto decisivo a favore.
La struttura in cui è situato l'appartamento andrebbe ristrutturato, per essere alla pari delle condizioni dell'appartamento.

Komfortable, saubere, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit leckeren Extras,gutes Bett & bequeme Couch. Parken kein Problem.20 Minuten Fußweg nach Ortigia, ideal für Ausflüge. Bäckerei & toller Sonntagsmarkt um die Ecke. Haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Freundlicher Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Kein luxuriöses Treppenhaus, aber eine „Perle im 1. Stock“ !!
