La struttura è molto accogliente, ho apprezzato anche l’arredamento. È un monolocale con un unico affaccio su cortiletto in comune con gli altri monolocali (sono tutti quelli che una volta venivano chiamati Dammusso) dove è risultato molto piacevole sia fare colazione la mattina sia cenare la sera. La casa è situata a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dall’ingresso di Ortigia, che sebbene possa sembrare un handicap (essendo la vita Siracusana tutta concentrata a Ortigia) in realtà non lo è, perché parcheggiare nei pressi di Ortigia è praticamente impossibile, invece nella zona della struttura c è molto parcheggio (in strada) e vale la pena fare quei 10 minuti a piedi risparmiando tempo e stress. Gianni molto simpatico e accogliente.

Accogliente, spaziosa, silenzioso b&b, con tutto il necessario che si conviene a un b&b, disponibilissimo il proprietario, parcheggio auto in strada di pomeriggio l'ho trovato facilmente, la sera girando un po' si trova.
